Recovering unsaved word doc on OSX

Just thought I should warn people this looks a lot like a scam. the App is £40 on app store but has five 1* reviews all saying it doesn't work.

Thanks jcmckinn, I had two files open, one I wanted to keep and one I wanted to get rid of ... I wasn't paying attention, and sent the one I wanted to keep to no-mans land.
