In windows I always use a shortucts in Photoshop. For example - ALT+T to open a menu with a filters. And then with arrows on keyboard I move to needed one. That is the same to Image menu, Select menu, and all others.

I don't currently have Photoshop on my computers so I can't experiment with this for you, but if you can find the equivalent menu items in your Mac version of Photoshop, you should be able to set custom hotkeys for the commands. You do this in Applications > System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > Application Shortcuts. Here is a reference: OS X Mountain Lion: Create keyboard shortcuts for apps

If there is no equivalent menu item that does what you want, then you could probably make an Automator workflow that would do it, and assign a keyboard shortcut to that.

If you want to keyboard your way through the menus, enable Full Keyboard Access for All Controls in the Keyboard System prefs.

The default to activate the menu is ctrl-F2.

Then, start typing the name of the menu. When highlighted, press space. Repeat for the menu options.

You can also arrow around.

A better way would be to learn or create shortcuts for the commands.
