Downloaded HD tv episode takes 8 hours to load???

I've purchased a season of HD Downton Abbey on our Apple TV. It shows up in "purchases," but when we try to play it, it says "loading" and that it will be available to watch in 8 hours. Is there a way to fix this or to get a refund so that we can just buy the DVD?

The time it takes is dependent on your network.

Check speedtest.net (720p needs minimum of 6mbps, 1080p needs 8mbps for instant streaming)

Check istumbler or netstumbler to check interference

Make sure you are on your ISPs DNS (settings - network - configure DNS - automatic)
