My sound seems to low on my MacBook Pro 13 inch. I have it set as high as possible on the top key.

OMG was driving me nuts.
Quit Teamviewer 10 and Boom sound is back to normal

I had this problem on my new Mac and I fixed this by force quitting all apps and relaunching finder.
