metrics.apple.com

If I am using firefox every time I go to the login page I get this message
User uploaded file
Also if I am using safari I do not get any security alerts. What does this mean, and what is metrics.apple.com?

There were many hits when i googled it this was one but the page would load with 0 on it.

I reset firefox, and I do not get that message anymore. Then I ran tcpflow to see what I was downloading when discussions loaded. And every time I load a page at discussions.apple.com my computer loads something from metrics.apple.com. So them I did a ipwhois lookup of metrics.apple.com and found that it is associated with a company named internap. So I don't think there is anything to worry about, I was just being curious.
