Are bans permanent?
I don't know why I got banned from support communities. It just says I was banned.
My account had over 200 points and I don't want to lose them OR my support communities account :(

No. I did not receive any emails at all about the ban.
Than what makes you think you're banned?
I reported the username "RyanDolan123" back in June of last year because I thought you were points gaming. Apparently the hosts agreed with me.

"Apple may provide a system whereby users acquire points for various activities.
Do not 'game' the system. You agree to not create multiple IDs or otherwise manipulate the points system."
Because whenever I log into it, it says:
We're sorry.
It appears that your account login has been banned. You might contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake.
Return to Apple Support Communities.
I don't remember gaming the points system...
I do. And I remember people reporting it.
