my iphone is not syncing with itunes..:( error code 0xE 8000065 ,wat should i do??

iphone 4 is not syncing with itunes..

it shows error message 0ex 8000065

what shall i do for connecting my iphone with windows itunes ??

plz suggest me..a solution..
