Problem with my network settings

so when i was out of the country i tried to have netflix in other parts outside of the us , so i changed my dns settings numbers to other dns numbers when i camed back to the us i lost my original dns code and it doesnt work here so im running wifi on ethernet cables now , after i tried to search for dns numbers , companies that selled them , public ones ect... every single one i tried didnt work so i thought maybe it was a problem in the network settings but i dont know where and who can help me..

Then your DHCP server -- most likely, your router -- is misconfigured. It should be set up to push its own IP address out to the clients as a DNS proxy.


But make sure that when you delete the server addresses in the network settings, save the changes, and then renew the DHCP lease, the address of the server doesn't automatically populate the primary DNS slot.
