When I click the "download iTunes" button on the Apple website, the file pops up as it's supposed to and prompts me to pick a place to download to, but once I click ok it doesn't actually download. I've tried saving it both to my "downloads" folder and to my desktop, and both did the same thing. I have a Toshiba laptop running Windows 8. Can someone help? I just want my music on my new laptop, man. :C

I have this problem on Windows XP using the latest version of Firefox.
I tried the download using Internet Explorer 8, and (much to my chagrin) it worked.
Maybe some security cookie setting, something like that, life's too short to go figuring these things out sometimes.
