Trying to do a recovery on my iphone 5 using wondershare but it says analysis fails b/c of locked screen. No pass code or privacy settings on. Any ideas?

I've gone to that page. However it doesn't tell you what is causing the screen lock error or how to troubleshoot the error itself.
What did the developers say when you asked them the question via their online form (the green button on that page)?
