We cannot log into iTunes to make a purchase. Have tried everything.
This is super frustrating. It's been a month and we have been unable to log into iTunes for any reason. We knew the password was correct, but we reset it anyway. When we tried, it said the next password could not be the same as the old, so we know we were right. It keeps telling us to log in to verify credentials in an endless cycle.
We have tried...
1) resetting cache in itunes
2) logging off and back on
3) restarting the computer
4) changing the password
NOTHING works. Immediate help is requested.
