What happens when I deauthorize?

My friend downloaded songs on my iTunes account and needs me to authorize his PC so he can transfer music. But I have already authorized five computers. If I deauthorize mine to authorize his will I lose all my music on my comp? And when I deauthorize his to reauthorize mine will he lose all music he transferred? WHAT SHOULD I DO?! Help!
