Hello!
I keep on getting an error in Microsoft Outlook - error 18493, Could not synchronize record: XXXXXXXXXXXXX to Exchange Server XXXXXX (flag on the bottom right corner).
Any ideas on how I can eliminate this? I am not too concerned about the email I guess that it is trying to sync with.

I found that my Office needed an update. So I allowed it to update and just keeping an eye on this error.

No - it came in again, 3:30 p.m. 5:41, 46 p.m.
Boy oh boy it is difficult to pinpoint this one. The same error for the same email still comes up!
I found 8 emails with he same topic but a FWD copy. The original I could not find. Is that why? How do I stop it?
