Why is the Apple Mac Developer portal down, and for how long?

its down from last 18 hours.

Whats going on??? I'm need my docs, provisions, and more!!! im hated

Was this outtage previously mentioned by email from apple to devs. Because I sure didn't get any emails from apple regarding this.

I'm approaching a deadline and in dire need to connect to my provisioning portal. I've never encountered this much of a delay from apple, before. Is this normal?. The down time I mean. It's been about 20 or so hours now.

I know we can't do anything other than to wait. But my question is how can we arrange our work if apple don't inform us in advance times for scheduled maintanance. I just want to be prepaired for the next time this happens. 🙂

Yeah, this has been down for at least 12+ hours now... wish I had gotten a notification at least before it went down for this long...

without notification , a long downtime is a sin

The message has changed from when I posted on this thread earlier. It now says "This site is undergoing maintenance for an extended period today." Yesterday it just said something like "This site is under maintenance" I hope this isn't their way of telling us it'll be another day before it's up. Has anyone called apple about this?

May be Apple transfer to their new office?

That message actually changed yesterday, it only said the first message for a few hours.

I could be patient and wait a day or two to download the latest beta of something. It's harder to be patient when my test team is sitting dead in the water because they got a new iPad and I can't add its device ID to my provisioning profile because the portal is suddenly down for some unknown period of time.
