Microst Exchange 'unable to verify'

Hello,


I am trying to setup my work e-mail on my mail account: I have entered the correct e-mail and password for my account (works on the computer) but it comes up with the message 'unable to verify'?


It then takes me to another screen with the options of:

Email

Server

Domain

Username

Password

Description


I don't know what to do from there. Sorry to be a novice. Help would be very much appreciated. Thanks
