Somebody help me regarding my problem. When I compose a message using his appleid (email address) the Send button is green instead of blue and when I clicked the send button it sent goes to MMS which is bill is apply. Im using IPhone 5 (6.1.4)

Okay so it is turning up blue when you send to his phone number? Thats good.
That means it is something wrong with his Apple ID or iMessages.
Have him to go his settings>messages>send & recieve at> and does his email address show up at all anywhere on there?
Can you guys not see my responses? I was thinking the same thing in a reply I sent to here earlier.
Yes it shows and checked to his iPhone.
Other info. My friend can send me iMessage using my AppleId (email address) but mine cannot.
What I noticed was that you and whoever your sending your message to has to have their imessage on and have their send/recieve set up for a number. Also, in your contacts, your friends number/ apple id has to be in your contacts. I have my friends apple id in as home email. then if you in messages, click create new, and search for your friends name, you have to choose the apple id/ number your sending the message to. Also, if you dont want your messages sending as sms, you have to go in imessage and turn send as sms off. Does this help you?
