MacBook Pro & JBL Charge bluetooth speaker won't pair.

My Macbook Pro will not pair with my JBL Charge Bluetooth speaker. I am operating OSX 10.8.4. The speaker isn't picking up on the bluetooth Mac to be found. Pairs with my iPhone 5 with no problem, but not the iPad mini or MacBook Pro. Anyone else have this problem?

MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.4/2.2 GHz), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

Turn bluetooth on in the macbook system preferences. Press the power button on JBL Charge 3. Press the Bluetooth button on the Charge 3. The power button on the Charge 3 should turn blue. Accept the JBL Charge 3 in the bluetooth window on the macbook.

Hello, could you please informed me how to fix my macbookpro OS X 10.9 to my bluetooth speaker (JBL OnBeat aWake). I couldnt get the further preference to set up my bluetooth speaker (JBL OnBeat aWake). The bluetooth discovered succesfully, however it doesnt work properly to stream any voice from my macbookpro to the speaker. Could you please informed me, what should I do!? Im looking forward for your response asap. Thanks
