Quicklook and audio files?

Question

When I try to use quicklook on audio file such as mp3 or wav files, I receive an error stating "An error occured with the preview of this document". I&#x27;ve tried everything on the discussion board already between reparing my disk permissions, taking out the preferences, and even going into safe mode. I&#x27;ve narrowed it down to my admin account because when I log in as a guest the quick look works fine for everything. If anybody can help that would be great.

Sounds like it&#x27;s something that you&#x27;ve added onto your admin account, some plugin or added on software. The fix is a trial and error process- remove the addons one at a time and see if quicklook works. If that doesn&#x27;t work, maybe you need a new admin account, and remove the old one.

I made a new admin accountand removed the plugins, but still did not work. The only account quicklook seems to work in is the guest account.
