refund on rented movie apple tv

I rented a movie on apple TV down load time was 3+ after about 10 min checked speed of internet connection and everything was good called attuvers had no problem with donload test. rented movie on cable on demand, the movie started to play HD with no buffer or problems. How do I get a refund from apple for the move that would not load. If anyon has a number or way to contact them I would love the help.
