Cleaning my MacBook Pro

I’ve used Windex to clean my 2011 MacBook Pro numerous times. I’ve probably used it over 30 times to clean the screen, keyboard, and the outside of the MacBook (I'm a clean freak). The different methods I've cleaned my MacBook Pro with Windex are spraying the Windex directly onto the screen, keyboard, and outside. I've also used the method of spraying it onto a microfiber cloth and scrubbing everywhere.

My question is, how bad is this going to be for my MacBook Pro? Am I going to be seeing serious damage or issues later down the road? I wish I would've known how to clean the MacBook Pro in the first place. I'm extremely worried.

Any comments or past experiences will help. I really don't want the screen to be going bad or anything like that.

Thanks,

- Mark

PS. I know how to clean it now. I've read previous posts and see that all it really needs is some water on a microfiber cloth.
