Hey everyone! I am just using my friend's Mac and she has deleted Mail app. I don't have a clue how that happened, but the app is away. There is just an icon with that blank paper, pencil and ruler. If I click on it nothing happens. So I need to restore it, do you know how? Could you help me please? Thank you!! Martin.

Is you friend using Snow Leopard? Reason you posted in the Snow Leopard forum area? Because your profile is showing Mountain Lion.

If your friend is positive that the Mail app is no longer on the Dock as well as inside the Applications folder, do a search using Spotlight. If still unsuccessful in locating, your friend can custom install the Mail app directly from the DVD that originally came w/the computer by following the onscreen custom install instructions.
The Mail app is either inside the Bundled Software or Applications folder.
