I have a red "1" on my App Store app, telling me one of my apps needs to be updated. But when I go to the updates it won't show anything, it's just blank. Everything else in the App Store works but I can't see the updates.any suggestions?

Same here. Iphone 5S. Updates is blank. Empty.
When I search the app that is actually have update, there is only Open button instead of Update button.
I have the same problem on iPhone 5.

I just turned off my i pad and turned it on again and the problem was solved.
