Restoring in iTunes

I saw on the internet that Apple gave iOS 6.0.1 firmwares and blobs so that you can restore to those firmwares. But when i go in iTunes and Shift+Click to iOS 6.0.1 iTunes gives me 6.1.3

Is Apple gonna sign 6.0.1 again?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.3

Apple does not supply older iOS versions. Itunes will always provide you with the current iOS.
