I saw on the internet that Apple gave iOS 6.0.1 firmwares and blobs so that you can restore to those firmwares.But when i go in iTunes and Shift+Click to iOS 6.0.1 iTunes gives me 6.1.3
Is Apple gonna sign 6.0.1 again?

I know that,but some a couple of reputible websites said that Apple was randomly giving 6.0,6.0.1 and 6.0.2 firmwares some 8 hours ago,but that it is closed now.
I just want to know will this happen again,as my iTouch 4 has been having problems on 6.1.3 and i want a lower firmware.
Seems unlikely to me but I guess you could call Apple Support and request it. I'd be surprised if you got anywhere.

My problem-Mostly lag issues.I have emptyed my multitask bar,cleared unecesary mail,calendar events,and apps,but i still crash offten while on Safari and a few games.
1. Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears
2. Restore from backup if that doesn't resolve the issue, restore as a new device
I did ALL of those things.
I never had a backup,all my devices are set as new.
I just rebooted and it crashed when going in Apple.com
The issue came when I updated to 6.1.3
I tried downgrading but i failed.I really need a lower firmware or i need a new iDevice(i prefer the first option)
I also tried to downgrade using 6.1.2 SHSH blobs,but the APTicket was invalid.My only hope is to get new blobs,but apple isnt signing them đ

Downloading any iOS ipsw firmware from anywhere but Apple is not advised and could very well be the reason the problem can not be resolved.

No,never jailbroken.The only thing i did was install TinyUmbrela
TinyUmbrella is typically used to hack iOS firmware.

Um,TInyUmbrela doesnt hack anything.It only saves SHSH blobs from the Apple server.
And,no,i am not a jailbreak geek,I am a serious iSteve appler
I just resoted for a backup on another iTouch and it STOPED CRASHING đ
