Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
There are two iPads in our household, an iPad 2 and an iPad Mini,. Both are running the latest IOS 6.1.3
On both the App Store badges show updates are to be done but the update page in the app is blank.
I updated some app in the purchased tab, but not all apps show there.
Since this issue arose simultaneously on both devices I suspect it is something Apple did.

Ditto in India. Looks like Apple has indeed 'fixed' this.
Workaround is to change the language in the international settings. It seems to be an "English" language issue in the software and Apple hasn't released a patch for it. I changed the language, waited for it to do its thing, I went to the app-store app and hit updates, and there they were! Interesting....
Changing the language did not work for me. However, updates started working normally for me this AM. Looks like Apple has fixed the issue.
Apple support says this issue has been resolved, and it's actually working correctly for me. It should theoretically be working for everyone is my understanding from support!
Had same problem, tried all the fixes listed here and then I pluged it in to charge it and tried the apps store and it updated all.
IT'S WORKING!!!! Was having the same issue for about 3 days. I just clicked on the App Store moments ago, and voila! I can see the apps that needed to be updated!
I'm having trouble with my iPad App Store. It's simply not loading. All I get is a blank page. I was able to download updates for my apps, but the store is simply not loading. What's happening? Looks like this has been a problem for others, for the last couple of months; and here we are now, it's September, and still, no fix.
