Hello! My mother's Iphone is acting a little weird. The mail app is not letting her scroll the screen north, west, east, or south!!!! But this only occurs when when she reads an email. Also, the font is ginormous when she reads an email. So, the main two problems are: Not letting her scroll anywhere and huge font. Please help me! She needs to read her emails but she is not able to at the moment. Thank you!
