Norton Disk Doctor on an OS X platform
I have also experienced this problem first hand, as my directory is currently damaged.
However here's the deal. So far I can't find any documented proof (Be it from an accredited magazine, or whatever) that Disk Doctor is damaging to Macs running OS X. Does anyone know if there is any?
Why do I need this? Simple, my boss won't believe me unless I have documented proof from a reliable source. She won't take forum posts to be valid unless the person posting is an Apple Employee or something to this degree. So convincing her to stop using Norton and use another disk utility is quite difficult.
So if anyone out there has a link to a sight that I can print valid proof it'd be much appreciated. I'm doing a search myself but finding it is difficult.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
