I can't remove keyboards after Emoji App

I'm having trouble with removing keyboards and I can't access some of the keys of the keyboard. If I go to Settings>>General>>Keyboard>>Keyboards. I can add keyboards and have now added like 10 of them but I can't delete them. I click on Edit and the red minus circle comes up but I can't select it. It is like the left part of my screen doesn't work and the bottom part of my screen doesn't work.

Also if I go to text, I can't click on the 123. I believe this has something to do with the Emoji app that I installed but I can't seem to get rid of it now.

When viewing your activated keyboards, instead of tapping "edit" you should try swiping to the right or left on the keyboard you wish to remove. this will give you a 'delete' option on the opposite site of the screen and will allow you to remove it that way as well.

Also, the emoji app you installed shoul have no effect on the Apple keyboard itself. Though, if its causing issues, you may want to remove it from your phone as well. Some of the emoji apps are poorly designed.

Ok thanks. That allowed me to get rid of it...but apparently that was not entirely the problem only part of it. I still can't get to the "one" key or the "Q" key. Like a dead spot in my digitizer or something...

I suppose that's possible. If you think that's the case, I'd take it to an apple store for further suggestions.

Well I just put a new glass and digitizer from china on it so I'm like 90% sure that is it.

It is like it is missing a few columns on the left side of the display that don't "digitize" your finger heat. I'll just have to try a new one. It is an old 3GS so it is not worth taking to the apple store.

The 3rd party repairer must have ruined it.

Anyway, Apple will not touch it now since it was "repaired" by someone else.

You got a good excuse now to get a new one.😉

Well thats an enormous hole you left our of the story. If you touchscreen isn't working after work from a shady backalley job, thats obviously your solution.
