ok so i've been watching some youtube videos on ipod touch 4g stuff and i've noticed that their battery meter turns green when they open an app and mine doesn't. im running ios 6.1.3. i was just wandering if there is a setting somewhere that i can change that.

You can't. They probably have jailbroken their devices to change the skin or theme of their iPod. That's also how people who have iPods have bettery percentages. If your talking about the battery that shows up on the lock screen, that comes up automatically while charging.
oh ok i've heard of jailbreaking but never ever will i do it because i dont want my ipod touch getting messed up. thanks for the answer

Thats not the only way you can get the battery percentage on the iPod.

i Know. i was just stating. But the only place for it to be green is on the lock screen. But with iOS 7, it is no longer white, it black.
my bettery meter is always white
