how to open microsoft office.dmg file on latest airbook the disk utility and diskimagemounter do not work

I just downloaded an official new Office 365 (2011) and the DMG file does not open.

There are only 2 ways to open on this mac, Utility disk and diskImageMounter. Both do not work .

The messages are


DiskImage Mounter:

Image: Microsoft office

Reason: not recognized


Disk Utility

Unable to attach "microsoftoffice.dmg not recognized


cant open

it's from an unidentified developer


PLEASE ASSIST !

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

I did as you advised. But still cannot open the DMG file. I now downloaded DropDMG and it still sais "you don't have permission to save the file". Microsoft tells me that I have well donwloaded the file.


Do you have any other options ?


With downloading the file I have: MicrosoftOffice 2011.dmg.part

Then when opening this from my desktop it opens a file called: MicrosoftOffice2011.dmg.part.dmg

Then when opening this it gives the message: you don't have permission to save the file
