Can't login to iMessage

I've been having issues logging into my iMessage account in Messages ever since I cleared my Keychain Access. Every time it prompts me for my password, I enter it and it asks me again... and again... and again for about 15 times until I get the following error:


Could not sign in to iMessage.

The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later.

How would I go about fixing this issue?

Hi!


I'm using 10.9.2 and I can't log into iMessage or Facetime. I can't even log into icloud.com on Safari (I can when I'm using Chrome but my Mac appears as "offline" in Find My iPhone when, of course, it is not).

Everything is fine on my iPad, just not my Mac.

I have tried everything but "Step 11" (no "Genius" appointments here!).

Is there anything else I can do?

I was having problems with Message app being inactive with no options on my MacBook Pro with recently installed El Capitan. I followed step 9 below and I also chose to "delete all" site data and settings. After that I was able to enter my credentials in the Message app and it is working again.


 ▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player Storage

and click

Block all sites from storing information on this computer
