Just bought a second hand Radeon HD 5770 graphics card, but it doesn't have the pcie aux cable that's needed. Where can I find one of those? It's not in the apple store and the seem to be a lot of different 6 pins power cables, how do I know I got the right one?

It is very important that the card you use has Apple firmware on board. Otherwise, it will not show a picture under Mac OS X.

Apparently many PCs have the cables in place internally. Apple includes that cable when you buy the card from them, since the Mac Pro has the connectors, but no cable.
Those cables were first used in the PowerPC G5, so an amazon search for "G5 6-pin power cable" turns up several items like this one:

Thanks. I'll use the card mainly in windows for gaming so I'll keep my old card in there as well if it doesn't work in OSX. Weird though that you can't get the powercables through apple, even called some apple stores and they had no idea what I was talking about...
ATI use to sell it back years ago, the G5 used an ATI 1900XT that req'd one.
OWC sells them and has been higher priced generally.
Apple doesn't sell extra drive sleds but people like having more than four so that they can swap (but not hot swap) drives at times.
The candy strippers didn't have it in their handbook? not suprised.
