how do I stop all of these ( Apple Support Communities Updates <discussions-updates@apple.com> ) from coming to me?????

Thanks for your attempt to help. I had set all of the boxes to ( NO ) but, was still getting 100's of emails a day. This was a very 1st attempt in a lifetime of using Macs, to solve a problem with apple support communities. I had done all you suggested and redone it all with you instructions. Didn't stop the emails, what did stop the aggregation of it all was to a simple email rule. If it is from apple support send it to trash. Thanks for your efforts to help.
