How much would it be to either repair or replace the black aluminum back of the iPhone 5? I have about 6 small chips and I am still covered under the 1-year warranty with Apple. Thanks!

Apple does not repair phones in general, they replace them. In addition, cosmetic damage is NOT covered. You can elect to pay $229 for an out of warranty exchange if the chips bother you that much.
