Iphone 5 broken lock button

I bought an iphone 5 around 8 months ago and the lock button is broken/on its way out. After this happened, a friend of mine dropped my iphone and cracked the top back glass panel. I have phone insurance though AT&T. Is there any way I can get it replaced?
