iCloud email username/password

Ok, so I have my Apple username and password and I am using to log in to my iCloud. I cannot sync notes without creating an @icloud.com email address. I created an @icloud.com email address a couple of months ago. I just don't remember my email address and password. Everywhere I have looked online is giving me solutions on how to recover my Apple username/password. That's the info that I already have. I need my @icloud email address and password to I can use that to log in. Can anyone help me?
