Having iTunes problems with the pre order. I can't cancel or download it. So I can't get it. This is very infuriating. I have no access to a computer. I just want to be able to get my music.

Doesn't work. And I can't even rebuy it. It refuses to do anything. It's a problem with iTunes itself. If ios 5 and newer isn't supposed to have a computer to utilize its features why can't I fix this from my iPhone. This is infuriating.

Doesn't work. Don't have a receipt only an email tell me I can download it but it won't let me.
I pre ordered the new asking Alexandria album and 4 days before its release I received an email from iTunes saying it could be download it. All it says is purchased next to everything. There's nothing in my downloads menu. And I don't have access computer
