Itunes match stuck at sending information to apple

Anyone else having issues tonight? Once a week the iTunes match seems to auto run the info gathering and send to apple. Normally it works fine although can be a but slow to get a response from apple sometimes. Tonight it just won't go past 'sending information to apple'. Each time I start iTunes it gathers the info to try again. Anyone else getting similar? My library has not changed in weeks so it can't be anything like that. I guess server issues at apples end?

Cheers

Wayne

I am only slightly surprised. Can't buy mp3 files from Amazon in Canada, due to some ridiculous licensing issue, even though you can buy the exact same tunes from iTunes' Canadian store. I'm guessing that since you can't buy the music from them in Canada they chose not to sell us the app.

I will have to get on their case about it.

As for Apple, I had thought of getting myself an iPhone sometime, but I think I may go Samsung instead, if this is Apple's attitude toward customers.

All you have to do is cancell it whenever it try's to update on its own. After you cancell it just go to store and hit update iTunes Match. And also if you are adding a lot of music update it after a few CDs otherwise it takes longer, but by doing it this way I was able to add over 100 CDs and it worked perfectly. The key is to remember that when it try's to update itself you must stop it and then update it by going to store and choose update iTunes match

Wahnsinn... habe das Problem seit ca 1 Woche.

Hotline seit 1 Stunde am Telefon.

Letzter Satz der Hotline war, dann können wir Ihnen nicht helfen. Haben Sie sonst noch etwas ?

So schlecht...

ciao

100 Cds? That really isnt that many, so not too surprising you could get it to work by turning it off and on. What would you recommend for 15,000 songs? Many have tried that exact same technique to no avail. Some have had to re"do" their entire database to Apple's standards, to get it to work.

iTunes Match will continue to suck because it just isn't a money maker for Apple. Be careful you don't lose any of your songs.

I feel badly for people on here that all they want to do is listen to music and paid money to be able to do so. A seemingly simple process in theory, offered by a ?reputable company, but grossly flawed and in need of repair. Now stuck in limbo waiting, sending, delivering or receiving for hours on end, it's very unfortunate! This certainly is Not the standard expected and is a sign of the future I'm afraid.

Bigger is better, Amazon is surpassing most everyone on many digital fronts. I advise you, if available to try 250,000 songs for the same price and function and to all of U, Good Luck!
