Itunes match stuck at sending information to apple

Anyone else having issues tonight? Once a week the iTunes match seems to auto run the info gathering and send to apple. Normally it works fine although can be a but slow to get a response from apple sometimes. Tonight it just won't go past 'sending information to apple'. Each time I start iTunes it gathers the info to try again. Anyone else getting similar? My library has not changed in weeks so it can't be anything like that. I guess server issues at apples end?

Cheers

Wayne

I have the same problem and i'm in italy. Since yesterday,(when i subscribed) iTunes Match has worked only 5 Times. I've read all the posts out there and i tried all fixes that have been posted( log-off, restart itunes ecc) and it only works one or two times after them. So it doesn't constantly work! So don't waste your time, we have to wait apple to fix this!

I have talked to Apple Support twice now, the first time they suggested creating a new library then the second time they said that it was caused due to bandwidth issues so I need to create a new library and only upload a few songs at a time... I email them back and said that their suggestions were BS and that bandwidth nor creating a new library has anything to do with the issues that hundreds, possibly more, are having... I told the lady to speak with her Supervisor and get things rolling to fix the issue... I have yet to get a reply back.

I would love to open a support ticket, but I'm not sure how. I follow the link above to the Status page, click "contact support" at the bottom, then I'm lost. I've tried clicking various iTunes/iCloud topics, but I'm always routed to a page where I have to enter a serial number and pay $19.99 for a call-back.

Despite paying for the iTunes Match service, I'm expected to have an Apple Care Plan also?

Once you raise the support call and get a Case Id, it is important that you provide your Apple Id such that you can follow case progress in your support area at: https://supportprofile.apple.com/.

We should not stop until the status here (http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/) for iTunes Match is other than Green and an acknowledgement of fault is provided.
