My ipod nano last generation only works connected to the power, what could be the problem? there is any solution?

Thanks for the question, and welcome to Apple Support Communities.
Lets see if resetting your iPod nano (7th generation) helps the issue. You may want to do this while it is connected to a power source:
Reset iPod nano
To reset iPod nano try Step #1 or Step #2:
1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for six seconds, or until the screen goes dark. The Apple logo appears after a few seconds, and then the Home screen. You may need to repeat this step.
2. From the Home screen on the device, tap Settings then:
Tap Reset Settings.
Tap Reset, or tap Cancel if you change your mind.
Tap your language, then tap Done.
If the above steps did not work, try connecting iPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into a working electrical outlet, or connect iPod to your computer. Make sure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep. Try resetting the iPod while it is connected to power.
