My ex has remotely gained access to my Safari browsing history. I suspect she knows my IP address. Is there a way via command line to detect if my IP has been accessed remotely?

I would like to determine how my ex was able to see my Safari browsing history, despite the fact that I reset Safari. She was on my computer recently, is knowledgable and most likely took down my IP address. I heard that through the command line, one can detect if the computer has been remotely accessed based on its IP. Plz advise.
