OK so I want to add photos to my iPad Mini. So I fired up iTunes and selected the folder I wanted to add. The problem is after iTunes syncs the iPad I end up with 5 or more duplicate ohotos on the iPad. How do I delete those photos and keep this from happening?
I am using Windows 7, the iPad has the lastest iOS sofware, and iTunes 10.7.0.21. (Don't like iTunes 11...)

Try deleting the photo cache from your computer and then re-try the photo sync and see if they then copy over correctly - the location of the cache, and how to delete it, is on this page.
I already did this with no success. Still I get duplicates.
Is there any app that will just let me delete the extra pictures? Like a file explorer?
I don't know of any. If you select and sync a different folder (which will replace the currently synced photos), do those get duplicated as well ? If not then you could re-try syncing the original photos and see if they copy over properly
