When i synchronize youtube videos on my ipod, sometimes they will work, but other times it will say that a certain video could not be synchronized becaue the file can't work on the ipod, could any of you tell me how to make them work?

You may need to convert them first, Handbrake is a great free video converter for apple devices. While iTunes may convert some video's it doesnt support flash video.
