How to watch TV series on iPad

Hi,

can somebody explain to me where I find the TV shows/series that I synced via iTunes onto the iPad?

I tried to open the "video" app, but that only shows musicvideos .. (?). I think "iTunes" is only the

connection to the ITunesStore and the "music" app (fka. "ipod" on the ipods) only plays music of course.

..

I Think it should be possible using the "video" app but as only musicvideos are available I am a little bit

frustrated - is it really so complicated? I also looked into the setting, but did not found any switch to shows

videos..

Can you help my? Thanks!

If they've been successfully synced then they should be in the Videos app. Is there a TV Programmes tab at the top of the Videos app for you to see them (I think that it only appears if there are TV programmes), or have you got a TV programme age rating set in the Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding them ?

If you still can't find them, then with iPad connected to your computer, on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (on iTunes 11 you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC) under the iPad 'device' if there is a TV Shows section select it - on the right-hand side of the screen it should then list the TV programmes that are on your iPad (does anything show there ?)

Thanks for the support. It turned out that some of the video were simply not found by my iTunes because the are stored on my NAS device. After searching them with iTunes, I was able to sync them ... ehm some of them....

Unfortunately it got the message that the video format is not supported on the iPad, although i could play them on my mac :-( That is very uncomfortable ...
