Can't upload binary

HelIo,

I have added my app to the app store. I started to add my binary, but I had to stop before I could actually upload any files. (Sorry, I'm not sure of the name) I indicated that my app did not have any encryption. Then I had to go back. Now, when I try to go to my app to upload the binary, I have no option to do so. This is all I can see.
