What does it mean when "FaceTime" is not available?
I am using an iPad3 Wi-Fi only, trying to connect to FaceTime but keep getting a message "faceTime not avail ", why?
Is your iPad purchased in the UAE?

I was told that once I left UAE my FaceTime could be activated. I bought my iPad mini in UAE, and in the notification centre I have options for FaceTime but I can find it anywhere else and I want to set it up. Is there anyway? I have restored my settings twice. Plz help
If the iPad is purchased in the UAE, you cannot activate it even if you are outside the UAE.
