This happened to me twice so I'm all ready to help :). Start my going to Settings>General>Reset>All settings>confirm then let it reset the with a hammer on the side by the speakers, home button and plugin outlet tap it hard not so hard only hard enough so it won't crack. The colour will change to normal then it will go the same colour if it does hit it again like u did the first time. :) I hope I helped at least someone. It worked for me! Good Luck! :) like if it did

So... I did restart with the home button and allthat jazz.... But, what this geniuses did not understand, is thts the question, it was a physical problem, not a question for in software adjustment! Hitting it in the back and in the sides worked, with your hands, DO NOT ISE A HAMMER. IT IS NOT REQUIRED, SIMPLE TAPS ON THE BACK WILL DO!
