Anyone know how to fix this?
iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3
I did that and I clicked on settings/privacy/photos but all that comes up is apps that have requested access to your photos will appear here and it doesn't have any thing to check off
Yes, I went into it a bunch of times and restarted my phone but it still says the same thing
Here is the solution. Open the pinterest app. Click on the camera icon. When it opens your camera click on library and it will ask to access your photos and you agree. Bingo your photos and camera roll will appear. Holla!
I had the smae problem as you and what i did was to go to settings>general>>reset then tapped on reset location & privacy which then when i went to the app and it asked again to have access to my photos and the problem was fixed
Yes I tried that too and clicked on allow changes but the privacy setting for my photos never changed
Well I tried tgat but when I go into restrictions it comes up with a password and I don't know the password please help me!
have you gone to settings/general/restrictions then down to the privacy section and tapped on PHOTOS does it have Allow Changes ticked? Then go to settings/privacy tap on Privacy then tap on photos and make sure you have turned on access to photos for the apps that you want to have access
I'm assuming you already fixed it, but to anyone wondering:
1. Hold down your power button for about four seconds.
2. A slide button should appear that says "slide to power off", slide it.
3. Your phone will begin to turn off. When it's completely turned off, press (or hold if necessary) the home button and an apple will appear on the screen.
4. The phone will eventually turn back on and it should work now.
I have the same problem
All apps asking for permission to access my Contacts, photos etc. i allow them to do so
but they never appear under settings/privacy/ Contacts or Photos or else
i have Iphone 6
Are you going to Settings > Privacy > ????
Did you go into Restrictions as Ocean20 suggested?
Next try a Reset: Hold down the Home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple Logo, let go of the buttons.
If that doesn't work Restore it in iTunes from your backup.
If u go to settings>private >photos ..an that's How I did it

omg same did you figure it out yet??
My apps won't let me access my photos to use in apps, like instagram and pinterest, they keep saying go change privacy settings but when I go into the privacy setting nothing comes up.
