I just got my iPhone not very long ago so I haven't backed it up yet, and I tried the reset but it didn't change anything either
Go ahead and back it up and Restore it from your backup.
I did, still no change with the photos.

My apps won't let me access my photos to use in apps, like instagram and pinterest, they keep saying go change privacy settings but when I go into the privacy setting nothing comes up.
