I just recently bought my first MacBook. It is running OS X 10.8.4 and I've found that it sometimes does not load some webpages or just will partially load them. I've had it for about a week and its happened on 2 different occasions already. If the webpage only partially loads, it will be stuck on a screen like this
Can anyone help me figure this out?

No I don't see that.
Ok.. try a Safe Mode boot. That deletes system caches that may make a difference. Easy process.
Startup your Mac in Safe Mode
A Safe Mode boot takes a longer than a normal boot so be patient.
Once you are in Safe Mode, click Restart from the Apple () menu.
Then try Safari.
Just tried that and it didn' work :/
Starting to think this is a lost cause.
The fact that I can load that site on Safari tells me it's not the site.
Just in case, check the startup disk.
Launch Disk Utility located in HD > Applications > Utilities
Select the startup disk on the left then select the First Aid tab.
Click: Verify Disk (not Verify Disk Permissions)
Please reply with results.

It says the partition map appears to be ok
As long as you don't see anything in red > Check Hard Drive Health of a Mac with Disk Utility

Have you installed any apps that install third party fonts by chance?
Not that I know of? I downloaded the Twitter for Mac app and I downloaded Microsoft Word and Powerpoint but I've had those for a while and it worked fine.
So that's not it.
I'm stumped, but a work around for the time being is to use another browser. Good to have a backup browser installed just in case Safari has problems as in, it won't launch or crashes.
Firefox is safe > Mozilla Firefox Web Browser — Free Download
And don't give up hope, because someone else may have fix for you.

It will halfway load and then just stop. The weird thing is that once in a while it'll actually load but then when I refresh or go to it again it stops
