Sorry but no, you cannot use that code. If this was a digital copy that came with a DVD or Blu-Ray disk, you can try contacting the movie studio and asking if they can issue you a new code valid for the UK iTunes Store.

If it's a USA-only code then you will need to be in the US with the US billing address on your iTunes account. What did you get the code with - if the film is available here in the UK store then you could try contacting them and see if they have UK codes for it.
I got the code from a trust worthy website where i buy steam game codes from, they are a ligit site they are called cjs-cdkeys, but they said if i create an USA account it should download but USA account asks for a USA bank and billing address so im a little stuck, iv asked itunes if they could change it for a UK code, still waiting for a reply but if they say no i quess ill have to get a refund, the only reason i bought it from that site and not itunes is because it was half price "my bad"
No site can legitimately give you a code to any feature film. That site is almost certainly headed for a lawsuit by the movie companies who do not allow digital copy codes to be sold independently from the disk they came with, if not criminal prosecution for piracy.
In any case, you cannot use a US code from the UK.
They must be able to sell them because it was them who told me to contact apple/iTunes to see if they could help with the problem.
None of the movie studios I know of allow the digital code to be sold separately. Just because the site is doing it doesn't mean that it's allowed or legal, just that they haven't been shut down yet. Nor can Apple help with the problem as the site would know if they were really legit.
Again, you cannot use a US code from the UK and Apple cannot help you do so nor provide you a different code.
I have a USA film code but im from the UK and it won't redeem, it says for USA costumers only, is there any way i can change it to UK?
